Our breakfast buffet offers a wide choice from 8:00 to 10:00 am.
Austrian and international dishes await you at dinner.
Your 4-course evening meal with daily salad buffet and choice of main course is served from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. There is always one vegetarian dish on the menu.

We ask for your understanding that vegan dishes are not available in our hotel.

It is not possible for us to cater for every allergy. To avoid any misunderstandings please inform us of your allergies before booking. The majority of our rooms are allergy-friendly (no pets etc.). Please inform us at the request stage as a relocation isn't always possible.

Included in the half board price is the breakfast buffet and the 4-course evening meal.
In the case of a bed and breakfast only booking we will give a price reduction of € 10 per person.

Extra breakfast € 14 per person.

There will be a short stay supplement on 1 or 2 night stays of 10 %

Reductions for children in parent's room and with 2 full paying guests per night:
2 years and under - free
3 - 6 years: -50%
7 - 12 years: -30%
13 - 15 years: -20%

For our smallest guests we provide a cot free of charge.

Maximum 1 dog per room and only in certain room categories on request.
€ 10 per night without dog food. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, swimming pool, vitality area or sunbathing lawns.
We reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee or damage fee caused by pets of
€ 100. For example scratched doors

Smoking is not allowed in our hotel. Smokers can use the panorama terrace.

Check in to reserved rooms from 2:00 to 6:00 pm possible. If you are delayed please let us know.

Please check out by 10:30 am at the latest. In the case of late arrivals or earlier departures, reserved rooms must be paid for in full.

There may be discrepancies in the description of the reserved room. The decor of the different rooms may vary from the description.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the room number or floor.

In the case of a cancellation the Austrian Hotelerie rules apply (AGBH 2006). Following cancellation fees will be charges:
- 1 to 3 months before arrival 40 % of the arrangement price.
- 1 week before arrival 70 % of the arrangement price. 
- in the last week before arrival 90 % of the arrangement price
- in case of a no-show 100 % of the total price minus half board.

Please pay your invoice by cash, debit card, Master Card or Visa. Austrian Hotelerie regulations apply.
In the case of a cancellation we will retain your deposit. (Or use it as a downpayment on your next holiday!)

Immediately after written confirmation. We request a downpayment to ensure your booking.

We recommend that you use snow chains in heavy snow or just after. Snow chains should by carried at all times.
